I find corssing the border pretty scary even if you don't have anything on you or havn't done anything wrong. We crossed the border last year to go to awkwasasnee and they told us to exit the vehicle. When i was asked to empty my pockets and pulled out a 3 grand gangster roll everyone was searched and my buddies car was flipped upside down. Apparently you raise a massive red flag when you carry cash over the border to gamble 10 minutes away.
 
^ sure, you give up alot of rights when crossing the border. The agents make no mistake to make you aware of that aswell.

Having cash on you also is sure sign that you are a criminal aswell...god forbid you have cash...everyone should have credit cards or debit cards so everything can be tracked and plastic is cool...no one questions plastic...yet.

This particular GUY was NOT crossing any border, he was at a checkpoint within the USA.

C'est dommage ca, parce que si tu avais continué le vidéo tu aurrais peut-être appris quelque chose. Violation des droits du citoyen drette là. Contrôle arbitraire par l'état.

Si tu ne tiens pas à tes droits en tant qu'individu il y a sûrement des pays plus appropriés pour toi. La Chine et Cuba par exemple.

non, il défend ses droits. Il ne sagit pas d'un checkpoint de frontière entre 2 pays mais à l'intérieur d'un pays. C'est contre les droits de la personne de discriminer selon la provenance d'une personne. Si t'es américain tu passes mais si t'es d'une autre nationalité ils vont faire quoi? C'est pas sérieux, et c'est illégal. L'État va trop loin.

L'État n'a pas le droit de détenir une personne gratuitement et sans motif, alors c'est pour cette raison qu'il n'a aucune obligation de répondre et qu'il peut partir.
 
At first I was thinking: "Take that you you baptist bitch"... but after that, and listening to his next morning sermon and quotes about 1984 book and stuff, that guy could maybe shake US a bit, MAYBE.

I wonder how far he is going to be able to take this with the public... internet is one thing but if it doesn't hit the general media, it's nothing.

Fine but expect to be harassed then, don't make a YT vid complaining about it. They're doing their job.

How would you feel as the agent if you found out that it was a terrorist bomber you just let go
 
they often abuse their power, its no mystery, many of their actions violate basic human rights, they do have a job to do, but there is a way to conduct business, something north american border officials have no clue how to do.

This is way beyond harassment. They detained him, and he has suffered violence and assault. The second vid shows exactly what was supposed to happen. Cops can ask you things, but you are not obliged to answer on those circonstances. To obey, is to nourrish the power of the state over your individual liberty.

Oh and about those bombers... yeah sure, common paranoya was always the argument to justify to crush our individual laws, but more and more people now see clearly past those lies and fight back to recover their freedoms. As far as I know, I don't see terrorists attacks in the states. The State is more a terrorist than any and might as well created the whole terrorist propaganda all together to take over citizen freedom. The more information we get about our surroundings, the more we get to figure it out. We may be manipulated.

This kid fucks with Border Agents, these cops are fucked in the head. looking for any excuse to act like nazi's, look how many excuses they go through to try and illegally search him

(5:35) Agent whips out his nun chucks in anger
(7:45-8:00) The agent tells me in less than perfect English, "In the Border Patrol Checkpoint, the person's rights doesn't matter here."
(16:50-17:10) I'm told that the police will arrive in less than 10 minutes to arrest me

(26:20) I'm told that I'm free to go without being searched
