p.s E85,is wat is now highly available in the united-states.
Allot of the guys run it with water meth kits so you dont pre-combust and to avoid spark knock.

I still havnt herd of enything canadian,specially here,running on it,or even seeing it at the pump.
 
I know of a few places, my buddy was thinking of going e85 with his chevelle to run a lot more compression without having to use a huge cam to bleed off the compression and run too hot.... (12.5:1 or so)

There is a place in lasalle with it.
 
sweet,im rlly gonna wana have to drive to lasalle everytime I wana fill my tank with E85.

Wat motor does your friends chevelle have ??? wat year is it too.
 
p.s horsepower is heat,nascar engines run at 200+ degrees all day.And they are made to be run like that/

cause heat is horsepower.
 
Right now engine-less 72 chevelle, has a very built 406 sitting on the side but he was planning a big block e85 monster. Hes had it for 6-7 years and its ran maybe for 2-3 summers. Hes always playing around with soemthing.

The 406 was in a lemans last year and made around 420 hp and 491 at the rear wheels, it always was always at around 195-207 f
 
you should tell him to go with a full built 383 with a snail.

71 72 are my fav years,too bad the best engines were 70 and pre'

goold old 454 ls7 in the 70.
