Need them for today? When you work on European cars you should always have a good set of external and internal torx.
Worse case order them from Snap On over night.

Let me guess you are changing brakes on the Saab and need to remove the front and rear carriers?
You don't need to remove the rear carriers to remove the rear discs if that helps. The rotor should slide right out.
My Etorx set goes up to E18 if I had the E24 I'd lend it to you.
Necessary Tools:
Car Jack and Tire Iron, Pliers, 17mm Hex Bolt Socket, E18 Torx Socket, Autozone 27111 Disk Brake Piston Kit, 1/2" Torque Wrench, etc.
* Raise the car.
* Remove the wheel.
* Remove the retaining spring (image 1, item 3) from the brake caliper.
* Remove Protective Covers (image 1, Item 4) and Guide Bolts – 17mm hex bolt
* Lift off Hydraulic Body (suspend using coat hanger or similar)
* Remove the inner and outer brake pads from the caliper and bracket
* Remove the Bracket loosing the two retaining bolts using E18 Torx Socket
