No the windows won't explode if you keep them open. The first thing they tell you if you're in your house and there's a tornado warning, is to open all your windows, so that the pressure in the house is equal to the pressure outside the house.

That's a sick video BTW. The movie Twister got me obsessed with tornadoes when i was younger. Just and awesome and beautiful natural disaster.

I prefer snow to tornadoes and hurricanes any day.
 
Omg twister I've got to see that again! I've only seen it once and it was atleast 10 years ago. Geez
 
in the middle of the tornado is very low pressures, but as someone said before you leave you window slightly open so there isint a vacume created outside your car, this pass only last less then about 5 sec and the tornado intensity was maybe an f2 probably an f1 cuz the wind wasnt even strong enough to jerk their truck... only their siren was flapping around lol but still intense as hell and they must have felt a high none of us can ever get with drugs haha... always will remain one of my top 5 favorite jobs :D
