[mrquote userid="2618" username="infinite" forum="40" thread="680452" message="7120720" ] thai food > chinese food >>>>> italian food.
italian food has no character imo. all u choose is red or white.
while chinese and thai food are good, jap and korean food got their own uniqueness.
generally, asian food > white food.
First of all you are extremely biased since you are ''Asian''.
Secondly, there is no ''superior'' food. It depends on who is preparing it.
Personally, and I say this with a great bias, I prefer French-Italian food because I was raised on it since my mom cooked me French-Italian-Lebanese food growing up which is very different from ''Asian food''.
I love asian food, my fav. dish is sushi, but the French and Italians are very passionate about their cooking and it shows.
Food is very subjective. You can't say that something is superior.[/mrquote]
lol extremely biased? why, because im asian and i said i prefer asian food over italian food generally?
well obviously i never spoke for anyone but myself.
when i said generally asian food is better, i didn't mean generally as in "most of ppl". i meant more like lot of asian food satisfy me than other food like italians. sure there are italian or french or any other food that brings me to heaven, but there aren't tons like asian food. that's what i meant.
if u say im biased, then sure i am. and of course everyone is somewhat biased, and that's where personal preference comes from. but the fact is i eat as much "white food" as i eat asian food. i've eaten the real authentic good food in asia, and i ate really nice white food here in canada as well. i lived here in quebec longer than i lived in asia. if anything, im more exposed to "white food" than asian food. but i still do think asian food has way more diversity than white food. i don't see what makes me extremely biased just because im asian.
