What's the BEST thing your bought at the DOLLAR store?

I get gloves constantly from them.
Also have about 20 headlamps lying around as well.

I would have to say the best things are Canada items (flags and magnets are my fav).

BEST thing was a slingshot that my buddy and I used doing drive by's with jelly beans.

Best stuff I got were probably high end brand name hair gels for $1, sunscreen products and cologne for $2. These are the real stuff that sell for $50+ in boutiques, not imitation !

Monster energy cans for 1$. I thought there was no chance it could be worse for my health than ''fresh'' Monster lol.

Also, any toys, like foam swords, water guns, nerf guns, nerf footballs, swat gear (Shield + batton) etc etc. Always the shit for random stuff to pick up before going to the beach/chalet/party.
 
I bought a mini tripod for my camera....

Probably the best single dollar I've spent in my life

Yup, I bought 100 bottles of KMS Hair Play and sold them for $20 on eBay and made $2k. UK kids love this stuff, it sells at Jean-Coutu for $28.99/bottle and $20 pounds($44cdn) in the UK.

oui sa arrive souvent , ces genre du stock discontinuer vendu en grosse batch au dolorama pour des prix ridicule .

Guru (energy drink) avait fait sa avec leur grosse can quand il on changé pour les plus petite, Maudit que j'aimais les guru thé vert :( 1$ en plus :D

if you're shipping those to the UK. they qualify as dangerous goods. thus very expensive to ship!
 
anything that costs 5~10bucks at pharmaprix/jean coutu can be bought for a buck there but I try not to buy anything that goes into my body (food, toilette stuff etc)

shipping any liquid to the UK is considered dangerous goods. Hair products qualify as dangerous goods. UK customs are also one of the strictest in the world.
