Is it just me, or are Naya water bottles impossible to open?

Is it healthier because you're recycling it? mmmm feces water, how delicious.
I love how people pay for water that I have for free.
Country water FTW.

BTW I bought a naya bottle of water for the woman.. trying to be the gentleman I opened it for her. drenched myself. Learnt about new bottles.
 
I once did a blind test with evian, naya, acqua panna and tap water, and I could easily tell which is which.. I won 50 bucks lol
 
I do the reverse grip on tight caps. Turn your hand with palms facing out so you thumb and index are below the rest of your fingers. Squeeze with the inside in your thumb and finger, not finger tips. Twist like a motorcycle throttle and opens with ease :)
 
je rempli toujours ma bouteille ré-utilisable par conscience écologique et j'avais jamais vu ou entendu parler de ce problème avant ce thread

mais je me demande vraiment comment ça a pu passer à travers les étapes de design, d'A-Q, de n'importe quoi, etc. de Naya!!!
