Reselling an iPhone4: should I get the 16GB or 32GB ???

my w810i is getting really old and several keys don't work half the time

I'm sick of waiting for Rogers to release its Galaxy S captivate (no camera flash (more so for use as a powerful flashlight than a camera flash) and no front facing camera)

I'm thinking about:
buy discounted IP4 with rogers 3-years contract
sell IP4 for people that can't HUP
buy bell's Galaxy S vibrant no contract at t-booth / costco / bb / fs
unlock it (free)
use it on rogers network

is there still a shortage on iphone 4 ?

is that why they are still priced more on kijiji / craigslist than rogers no contract?
