Im looking into picking up an autopower race roll bar...where could i buy one in montrea? Or am i better off ordering on the net?

Also if i decide to have one made are there any shops you guys recomend that could fabricate a roll bar or cage for my car? Any guesses on price range for something like that since its the first time im doing this type of mod?

Its a 92 integra if thats makes any difference...

After you pay the shipping for an Autopower roll bar all the way from San Diego where they are made, you will realize that for the same price, you can get a nicely custom made roll bar from a reputable shop. Emphasis on "reputable" shop. ;-)

And custom bar will be tighter around the B pillar and safer as most likely you will have it welded onto the rockers, not just bolted to the floorpan, which is useless.

I use Sims Customs in cornwall for all my rollbar related stuff.
If you wanna call for a quote, say Bannon from Woods Racing sent ya.

He does great work

I know the shipping would be expensive its just that at this point its one of my only options since I don’t really know any reputable shops that could make one for the car. And another concern was exactly what you mentioned. The autopower bar bolts to the floor pan and rear wheel well(which does not seem solid at all) I figured I could use bigger mounting plates to reinforce it if anything.

Id really like a custom one that’s welded to the rockers and rear strut towers as that would be much more safe so if you have any experience with a shop let me know.

Bannonjr - Il give them a call, could I get the phone #? Thanks

Those shop are local and work pretty well:

-Agtronic in Laval

-Swap shop in Blainville

-Lachute Performance

-Bimmershop in Vaudreuil

I have not checked if S&W make a cage for my car but I dont really like the cage they have for the civic.

Looks like the roll bar could be closer to the roof and b-pillars. And the door bars are very close to the drivers left leg.

^^^^ On dirait étrangement une cage bolt-on de chez Autopower ou Kirk qui aurait été soudée à la base. Il y a même les trous dans les plaques... C'est une cage très basic avec aucun renforcement structurel pour rigidifier la coque.
