is it just my phone or when u get or make calls you cant hear shit?, its like its so silent, the volume is up max and its still not loud.
 
defective speaker

my first iPhone edge had a defective speaker, ask a friend with one and u'll see.
 
how or where do i go to get it fixed?..this is already my second iphone 4 1st one the sim holder was jamed now the ear speaker
 
i hope you peeled off the protector plastic, my friend had keep it for a week and was complaining about the same problem... true story
 
mine is perfect as well. What blew my mind is I recorded a sont at a concert and the audio came out clear as when I was there. Amazing!
 
Legally you can return the phone within 30 days.

I have deal more then once with those kind of situation since i have manage often corporate account for all the smartphones (iPhone, WinMobile, BB, etc...).

Note: I forgot if you call Apple they can also send you a new phone in advance, u'll just need to give a credit card as warranty until they receive and check yours, if not then you give it to them and wait without a phone.
 
well, maybe with corporate account, but I can't say anything because I'm not informed about those kind of accounts.

but for everyday customer, if you have your phone still one the warranty, you won't need any credit cards, you'll simply need your phone with the serial number, go to an apple store and change it right away (exept liquid damage or physical damage, of course).

also, maybe for other smartphones, but for the iphone because of the huge demand, I got a lot of people coming from Bell, Rogers, Fido and Telus, ect. Even after one week of purchase.

most of the time because they just don't have them in stock.

They WILL/CAN do the exchange but why would you? Call, spend 30 mins minimum on the phone, wait a week to receive the new one, get charged full price, return your defective one, get credited the full price back when the provider gets it back(60 days max) and risk getting fucked.
Walk in to Apple store and walk out 10 mins later with a brand new one.....
 
haha for me it was the plastic issue lol, but i just got the new phone and didnt realise it was the plastic blocking it, cause i wanted to keep it on, so i cut the top part off, issue solved

also when i had my 1st one i went to apple they said they could give me a new one but it had refurbised internals and new outter casing, so telus sent me a 2nd one brand new, while i still had my old one
