since thursday night, I havent been able to watch 201 to 220, and a few other channels.. I get the bad weather error.. Am I alone on this?
 
nothing you can really do

check switch (menu-system setup-installation-pointdish)
if not work unplug receiver plug it back. if not work call for tech. its free anyway.

80% of time error 002 leave by itself. if after 2 hour you still have it. call for a tech (after trying step 1 and 2)

I did. they gave me movie channels and 3 other channels free until march, the 3 channels dont work lol

all the movies are straight to dvd movies ;\
 
they give superchannel free for 3 months to everybody. make sure to call if you want them to be removed. and 3 months start from you billing cycle date. not from today.

and no 002 it's not related to the area.
