What kind of salary are you aiming for in the next 10 years ?

$3M, not many partners make that money...unless you are Aubut and work for a prestigious firm.

I work at BigLaw, some do make that much, but have shit lifestyle...

With the mergers between Law firms upcoming...More deals will get rammed through and Partners will see their pay checks increase.
But you're right, the most common figure for a Partner, BigLaw or not is 250,000$, only the best can hit the seven figures...

Well atleast we know that some of you don't lack imagination!!!

100k in salary in under 5 yrs + wtv investments i decide to go with between now and then.

The "best" deal with very influential clients...

At the Ph.D. level it shouldn't be that hard to achieve, experience/network will play a huge role.

At the Masters level within a Biomedical Engineering Program like McGill, you can go get a very decent salary.

What is scaring me is not the salary, it's the taxation branch.

$75k/year....but my income is non-taxable. so that's like $110-120k if I was being taxed. Should hit that in the next 2 years once my company is fully paid for. Can go higher if I expand. net worth with assets should be kicking mighty close to the 7 digit mark within 5-7 years

I got into mcgill for free, I bounced and PAID to go to Concordia

/school war, yeah mcgill is a good education, but that's aboot it

I have no idea what I could be making, even in the next 5 years.

I just hope it's at least over $25/hour. I would be happy with anything around that really.

As long as I live in an ok place, small house or whatever, and can do some things I like, then I'm fine.
