Audi Warranty issues with Audi Prestige - Please help!!

This story is long so here is the short version and if anyone wants details ask and I will provide.

My car broke down and since it's still under extended warranty I brought it to the nearest dealer. That's when the fun starts. Dealer says that the problem was caused by poor workmanship at Audi Prestige and relays that information to Audi warranty...

Audi agrees none the less to pay for parts (good gesture they called it) minus the Labor(min 1k+). Audi wants me to confront Prestige myself and get them to pay.. WTF is that shit!!

Even the second dealer called the service manager at prestige and they deny all fault. The prestige service manager will not take my calls or return them.

Anyone ever been in a similar situation?? :dunno: Thanks for any help provided.

Did you call audi canada yourself or did you get that answer from the dealer?

Did the service manager at the dealer where you got the work done speak to the service manager at prestige ?


I would recommend either calling audi canada with the necessary paper work or showing up at the dealer yourself !

I did speak to Audi Canada and they say since dealers are privately owned they can't tell them what to do and I should deal with them myself.

Both service managers did speak and the one at prestige refused to help even just a part. I tried to contact him before and after that call and nothing. The SM at the other dealer even told him I would most likely call and he brushed it off as why would I??? Frustrating to say the least.
I will be there tomorrow in person to try and sort this out.

Whats the problem with the car?

Not even sure at this point. The head needs to be replaced and the dealer says it's due to spark plugs not being torqued enough when installed.. WTF is that??

What happened for me to go to the dealer: I got a blowback on cylinder 2 and thought it was just a blown coilpack. Replace coilpack start the car the coilpack keeps popin out, so I take the spark plug out and it's all stripped and black. That's when I called a tow truck.
 
I went there to buy a s5 they are obnoxious I hate audi prestige sad to say but I'd rather go to lauzon.. Anyways that's my personal experience I'm sure people feel better about prestige than I do but hence, you need to fight more but you need audi Canada to support your fight in order to win this because alone it will be tough and I doubt you want to sue them because it would cost you just as much fees to get a lawyer than to pay the labor.. Free parts no free labor? Does that not contradict itself? Wtf if they are giving you free parts it means that they agree it's on warranty or else they wouldn't have a problem making you pay for it but they turn around and say pay labor fkin gay, hope u hold up and fight back
