Driver side door won't open from inside or outside?!?!

The driver side door won't open from the outside or the inside. The lock goes up and down properly, but the door won't open even with the handles pulled.

I take it the culprit is the door acuator, but in order for me to change that . I must get the door open, so I can pull the door panel off afterwards.

Any help or experience with this?

i had a honda accord with that problem... tried a bunch of shit.. had to get a new door, and cut the existing one from the outside, to destroy the latch... and open it...

Are u sure your door is not iced?? Cause it happen to me last time with my tailgate, got the car in a garage for couple hours, got out, didn't tink about it, the door was not moving at all, like it was locked, and today was a really cold one too, just a tought, and hope for u it's the case
