What should i get??

Im buying a car this summer but not sure if i should go for a 2008 328xi or 335i. Ill be driving it year around so i'm not sure if RWD would be smart for the winter time. I havent found any nice 335xi's that fit my budget :(
Im willing to spend 30-35k

umm i got an 09 bmw 328xi and about a year ago i was facing the same decision...

In the summer, youll be glad to have a 335i

In the winter, youll be fucking wishing youd bought the 328xi.

Ive driven a 323i in the winter and it was horrible. Slipping everywhere... So i mean if you get the 335i in the winter, you're risking alot and more likely to have an accident...

plus you save gas; but the 335 is funner to drive.

You have to weigh your options funner and more respect (335i) vs. safer winter driving, less prone to accidents in winter, less money wasted on gas, and respect. (328xi)

Btw are you getting the coupe? there selling 328xi coupes for 30 to 35k ???? i bought mine a year ago for like 40k :(
 
C'est pas si pire les propulsions en hiver...
LSD, good studded tires and winter driver training at Mecaglisse and you will have lot of fun all year long and you will improve you driving technique a lot.

Thats my dilemma, if we have winters like we had this year then i think the xi would be more convenient BUT the 335i looks so much nicer!!

30-35k you find some nice one. I found a 335i charcoal ext with cinnamon interior. Sports + luxury package for 33,500$ or my other option is 328xi black on black on black sports package for 30,000 $ both have around 50 000km
 
Go with a 335i...
store that shit in the winter...
Buy a Subaru Outback Wagon for about 2K for winter...repair it only when necessary...
Keep the value up on the 335 but limiting the kms to summer driving only and avoid stupid stone chips, cracked windshields, cracked bumpers, salt, slush etc...

Just my 2 cents. Every year I do this and it ends up beeing cheaper all around.

BTW...you can have plenty fun with a 325 or 328 with a few mods.

I dont want to store the car. Whatever i buy will be my DD 365 days. They dont make 325 coupes for the e92 model.. 328 or 335
