Laws on mini-bikes. any info???

lets say I wanted to get one of these (again....):

....to putz around the shore (stfu, too lazy to pedal). Are there any laws governing un-licensed motorized bikes?




I had one last year (paid $15), but the tranny blew after a couple test runs down the block. but it was fun for those 3 minutes. :bigup:

Find one that can be plated and throw a lifan 150cc engine in it

hahah i have one of those home... my first bike when i was 6, best birthday gift ever. it's very rat tho...kawasaki seat, honda 75cc engine, frame forks and tank are yamaha lol maybe i'll repaint it and swap it with a 100-150cc 4stroke someday. bobber style bitch !
