Just got pwnd, Ticketed for illegal tints

So i just got pulled over. Officer comes up with briefcase, pulls out this halo looking weapon (light mete?) and various samples of tinted glass and a liquid. He then proceeded to rock a chemistry experiment to which he concluded by giving me a ticket (i have 35%'s up front) for $156 and 48 hours to present myself for mechanical inspection. He told me that it was the first time using the set (they got some this week but by next all will have em) and warned that they will be cracking down hard. Be careful peeps.
 
Rock sunroof open, roll windows a bit down so they can't tell if they're illegal
 
My sunroof was open, havent had problems like this in the past. He read a script off a piece of paper and excused himself because of new protocol.

Damn they're cracking down. Instead of serving the public they're gouging us yet again.

I got my windows done yesterday. Wasn't too sure if I should go with 35 in the front but I decided not to risk it so I went with 50. One of the guys there got pulled over as well and he has 35..

What's the real reason why you can't have your front side windows tinted ?

They can crack down on tinted windows all they want, as long as they don't botter me when I pass them at 200km/h on highways.
 
I was pulled over on De Salleberry and Montpellier. The cop was just waiting, and didn't hesitate to bring the briefcase. He was nice given that he could have given me a ticket for not signing my registration. He said 35% is what they are no longer turning the blind eye towards. Ticket first + 48 hours straight pwnage, and it is a mechanical inspection is required, no more verbal warnings. My car isn't modded at all besides the tint portion, nor was I driving like an idiot, first ticket in quite awhile.
 
Sorry for you, would be nice to know cops are busting crack dealers instead of giving us tickets for tints...

I have 35% on the hairdressers car :( 50% on the Quattro...knocking on wood!
 
i got already 6 warnings from january . No tickets . 20% all around . I have a warning in my record for : windows tint, tail lights tint, head lights no reflectors.
till now, i just put reflectors and remove tint from tail lights . but still drive 20% all around.

so , last time got pulled over again cuz of my warning , cop told me about my windows tint. I m like : i already did my lights , so next step gonna be windows . Cop told me , you look like cool guy :D so i just give you warning , but becarefull cuz you gonna be tired at summer cuz cops gonna stop you every time . so that was my 6th warning and no tickets .


Another cop , stop me for speeding on des sources , and he told me that in general we not allowed to put tint at front side windows cuz he said that , its already tint at 15% from manufacture and if you gonna put lil tint , his tint mesure gonna show whit 15% more . so he say to be care full whit that shiit!!! and that was my 5th warning. :D
