Just got pwnd, Ticketed for illegal tints

if legal limit is 70% how'd you get a ticket?
 
Ceux qui se font prendre dites quel voiture vous conduisiez lors de l'interception. Car jai bcp d'amis qui roule du 80% ou 20% dependement comment on linterprete et jamais rien eu. Mais ce n'est pas des jetta , civic ou autres
 
english cop and he specified mechanical inspection, "even if it doesnt affect the drive of the car". What do I do for the inspection?

LOL ca marche quand t'est un peu plus vieux, avec une voiture crédible. Aujourd'hui je n'hésiterais pas de refuser ou demander un justification pour soumettre a leur demande (en plus d'enregistrer la conversation). La difference, c'est que les chances que je me fasse collé pour des niaiseries comme ca sont tres faibles.

Mais, quand j'ai eu mon 48hrs, j'etais un jeune ti-coune en Golf slammé a terre, HID kit, exhaust trop bruyant, limo tints all-around, en plus le policier était un ultra-baveux qui voulait se prouver, il m'aurais crissé des menottes pour entrave au travail d'un policier si j'avais refusé:)
 
two questions:

1) 75-80% stock tint, that's only for cars that come with tints from the manufacturer, right? afaik my sentra doesn't have tint at all or maybe it's like 90% or something due to the nature of the glass itself

2) why is everyone talking about their sunroof being open?

1) Cars with NO FACTORY tint are about 75-80%.

2) Sunroof open allows more light inside the car, gives the impression that the tints aren't as dark.

what about cars with factory tint? like mercedes s-class, what tints does it have in the front?
 
Moi quand j'en croise une je fait juste dropper mes vitres, et tu les remonte un coup passé. Never had any problem!

Question d'esthétique et de sécurité aussi, sur certain char ne pas avoir de vitre teinté sa fait tout nu. Un choix personnel qu'un individu fait, mais qui doit accepter les inconvénients qui vient avec (manque de clarté le soir pour reculé, etc.)

Donc ca fait chier le soir, et le jour t'en profitte pas parce que les vitres sont baissé
