Shop Reccomendations: Replace CDV & Bleed Clutch Fluid

Hi guys, I would like suggestions on a reputable shop that can replace the stock CDV on a 128i with a modified one and also properly bleed the clutch afterwards.

Why install a modified one? Just remove it completely. Simple job, I did it myself with a buddy to step on clutch, in under 30mins.
 
Just in case the dealer ever takes a look under there I want them to see that something is still there so I have a chance of keeping my warranty
