PS3 Remote Problem (both of them) Any Suggestions?

I havent touched my PS3 in like 3 months. I go to turn it on and both my remotes dont turn on. thinking they are dead from not being in use for so long i charge them. They seem to charge when plugged but the minute i unplug them they die. I can play with them connected in the usb but the minute i unplug them they disconnect and are dead.

I tried resetting them and nothing. Its weird though that both the remotes are doing the same thing. Wondering if its the remotes or the PS3 that is having issues.

Has this happened to anybody? Or does anybody have any suggestions that can fix this?

Ca m'est jamais arrivé. En plus que tu les as branchées USB elles sont supposées être synchronisée avec le PS3. Soit que la batterie est morte et ne peut plus garder de charge ou sinon essaye d'aller dans les options du PS3 pour les devices. Elles ne sont peut-être pas reconnue..?

Probablement la batterie par exemple

i was thinking the same that the batteries are prob dead but its weird that both remotes have the exact same probelm

IM pretty sure, you must go to the setting menu, and reconnect your remote via blutooth.

Ca me fait ca souvent et mon ps3 je m'en sers a chaque jour. J'ai toujours pas trouvé la raison. Une fois que ta ouvert le ps3 de facon manuel, la manette tu peux t'en servir.
