To install a remote starter on your BMW or not?

I was talking to a BMW rep this morning and he suggested I don't install a remote starter on my BMW because they feel it's not needed and also because there is a lot of electronics in the car...
I'd like to hear about BMW owners, have you installed a remote starter on your car or not?
Should I do it?

Think about it, if installing a remote car starter on a BMW was safe and make not trouble on the car, so why will BMW miss this opportunity to make more money ?

Remote car starters are a thing of preference. Some people want it because they want to be able to get their cars warmed up before getting into it in the morning, mainly a winter mod. Most people on the forum don't need them because they store their cars for winter and drive it for only half the year. I was having a conversation with a guy from Florida and these are the type of guys who have never heard of a remote car starter.

If you are any of the latter. You should be able decide if this is for you or not.
If you do, check this guy out:
