So total for my bike plates + insurance = $1230/year
So it's cheaper than ontario :p

ONT: plaque char + plaque moto + cout du permis + assurance privé

Au quebec tu paye des assurances:
- sur le permis (de personne)
- sur les plaques (de personne)
- sur tes assurance (de matériel)


maintant tu doit comparer les régimes offert...

QC: - aucune limite pour les frais de santé
- 90% du salaire non-imposable jusqu'a 65k$/an sans déductible
- avenant décès: de 60k à 300k selon ton age

For you in ON:
Total: $1,278/yr


For me in QC:
06 GSX-R1000 Plates = $1093.65/yr
23 Yrs Old, Fire/Theft/Vandalism + Collision w/ $0 Deductible (w/Intact through a broker friend) = $930/yr
Total = $2,023.65/yr (And hopefully lower next year)

97 TL1000S Plates: $545.65/yr
23 Yrs Old, with only the bare minimum liability = $190/yr
Total = $735.65/yr

...your GSXR 1000 would cost you around 400$ 1way only max...which make a total of ~1400$..compare to his 1275$.

So pretty much the same! ;)
 
Fuck me!! Antique/Classic is now 1981 or older (30 yrs old), instead of 1986 (25 yrs).

So my two bikes, 85 Interceptor and 82 Nighthawk, are going from <100/yr each to $545 each.

Guess they are both for sale now....

Yup that fucking sucks...only reason i still have my maxim is bc i could plate it vintage.
