Is it legal to remove thrid brake light?

My old jdm 97 integra dosent have,it from factory never got any trouble with that

This is neat how someone who removed his third taillight could get trouble for it, but someone who has a burnt 3d light since 1992 will never have to worry about it ever...

back in the day, I've been pulled over numerous time for having blue license plate light, have you ever heard someone who have been pulled over for burnt one...

J'ai pas de troisième lumière de freins sur mes deux véhicules et j'ai jamais eu de problème. pourtant les deux sont supposé en avoir.
Par contre aller voir dans le CSR, je me fourre peut-être mais ça parle seulement de deux lumières de freins pour les véhicules de promenade.
