“The whole thing is scripted,” Hawkenson tells New Times. “I knew going in there it was for sex. I knew what I was doing — I knew I was getting paid.” She made the movie as she was short on her tution so she needed a quick way to make up for what she owed. She was paid $2,000 for the video and was told the video wouldn’t make it to anywhere where viewers didn’t have to pay to see it. That was a big lie. It made it big time virally, making her the most well-known freshman at ASU.

ELIZABETH HAWKENSON IN THE MOVIE

The Elizabeth Hawkenson video for a porn film audition has reportedly cost Elizabeth Hawkenson her university scholarship.

In the video Elizabeth, with her sweet girl-next-door look, shows her student ID card to prove that she is 18 + years of age before she went for the audition for a porn movie.

Reports said that a letter written to the university board following the Elizabeth Hawkenson video demands for the cancellation of the $32,000 New American Scholar Award given to Elizabeth and reads as: “A young woman who brings shame on her university in such a public and degrading way does not deserve the financial support of that university.”

Following the Elizabeth Hawkenson video scandal, the Phoenix Times reported that elements of this story are a hoax. The reports maintain that no letter has been sent to the university Board and that Elizabeth Hawkenson still enjoys her scholarship. While talking to the media Elizabeth Hawkenson said that the video was meant to appear solely on the website of the original Casting Couch.

I'd rather make money with dignity if I was a woman, but sloot gonna sloot... Doesn't matter how desperate she was to pay for her education, there's always a better way than selling yourself.

Here's a better text:

The girl to the left is 18-year-old Elizabeth Hawkenson. She's an ASU freshman from Copperas Cove, Texas, studying geology at ASU's Tempe campus. She's attending school on a $33,000 academic scholarship. She was also featured in a "reality porn" video, currently making the rounds on the Internet, in which she proudly displays her ASU student ID card.

Hawkenson appeared in a video for the porn Web site Backroom Casting Couch. If you're unfamiliar with the site, you're a liar here's how it claims things work: a guy puts out an ad for adult models. Chicks respond thinking it's only going to be some nude photos, but the guy holding the audition gradually talks the girls into having sex with him. He tells them he can make them a porn star, who earns $5,000 a day.
The guy isn't a casting director, and there is no job. The audition supposedly is a hoax just to get the girls to have sex with the guy on a couch in a sleazy Scottsdale office.

It's portrayed as though the girls have no idea what they're getting themselves into, which, we were heartbroken to find out, is bullshit.

"The whole thing is scripted," Hawkenson tells New Times. "I knew going in there it was for sex. I knew what I was doing -- I knew I was getting paid."

There are rumors floating around the Internet that because of the film Hawkenson lost her academic scholarship to attend ASU. There was even a letter circulating from an "anonymous ASU alumnus" asking the Arizona Board of Regents to revoke her scholarship.

RE: Elizabeth A. Hawkenson (Copperas Cove, Texas), 2010 ASU Freshman Class

Distinguished Regents,

I am writing to express my shock and horror at the public conduct of a member of Arizona State University's 2010 freshman class, Elizabeth A. Hawkenson of Copperas Cove, Texas. This person recently appeared in an internet video in which she identified herself by name, showed her ASU student ID card, then proceeded to engage in explicit and degrading sexual activities with a stranger. She was paid for the act and signed a waiver allowing the video to be posted on the internet.

As an ASU alumnus, I object to Ms. Hawkenson's choice to identify herself as an ASU student in a pornographic video that is available to the general public. I feel that which clearly violates the ASU Student Code of Conduct.

On behalf of my fellow ASU alumni, I demand that Ms. Hawkenson's $32,000 New American Scholar Award be revoked immediately. A young woman who brings shame on her university in such a public and degrading way does not deserve the financial support of that university.

Yours Sincerely,

Anonymous ASU Alumnus

The Board of Regents says it never received the letter, and Hawkenson says the scholarship hasn't been revoked. She's still attending ASU and living in a dorm.

She says the publicity she's gotten from the video has "been treacherous for [her]."

She says she found her way to the "casting couch" after she was short on tuition. She's from out of state, so her tuition is about $30,000 a year. Her scholarship is spread out over four years.

She says she did some fully clothed modeling for Mayflower Models and agents repeatedly asked her to appear in porn.

"I was like 'no way, I have morals,'" she says.

Click here to see those "morals" in action (WARNING: the link, while hot, is not office friendly).

With the tuition deadline approaching, Hawkenson took them up on the offer.

She says she was paid $2,000 and assured the video would only appear on the part of the Web site people had to pay to see.

That didn't happen.

The video found it's way to free porn sites like Pornhub.com and Hawkenson became (ahem) a star.

Sorry, ladies -- if you were hoping to star in one of Valley-based Backroom Casting Couch's "reality" porn flicks, we've got some bad news: the website's star -- who's seen on video having unprotected sex with dozens of local women -- has herpes. And he may be in a little trouble with the law.

The mystery man behind the site, who never shows his face while humiliating young girls dumb enough have sex with him on camera, is a guy named Eric Whitaker.

Last year he was booted from his sleazy office/porn set near the Scottsdale Airport after we alerted the building owner what Whitaker was doing in there. Now, apparently, he's contracted the gift that keeps on giving, and could be spreading it to any girl who ends up on his couch.

Whitaker posted the results from his latest STD test on his Twitter page last month, revealing that he tested positive for herpes simplex I -- the more common of the two types of the virus.

See the results of Whitaker's test below.

------------

As we mentioned earlier this week, law enforcement agencies across the Valley are checking out the sleazy, Scottsdale-based porn website Backroom Casting Couch -- and now it's short its best "talent" recruiter.

Antonio Adrian Gonzalez, 28, was arrested yesterday on kiddy-porn charges following a multi-jurisdictional investigation into his web-based "modeling" and photography businesses.

Gonzalez, as multiple sources have confirmed to New Times, is the main recruiter for Backroom Casting Couch, and its star, herpe-plagued Eric Whitaker.

If you're not familiar with how Backroom Casting Couch works, or how Whitaker -- who's seen on the site having unprotected sex with dozens of young women -- has herpes, click here.

According to the Chandler Police Department, detectives in Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Tempe have all received multiple complaints about Gonzalez trying to lure underage girls to appear on "adult websites."

Chandler Sergeant Joe Favazzo tells New Times Backroom Casting Couch is included in those websites.

According to Favazzo, Gonzalez was recruiting underage girls and adults to model for his websites, photosbygonzo.com and gonzomodeling.com. He says Gonzalez had sex with some of the underage girls, photographed it, and sent the images to others.

According to court documents obtained by New Times, in April of 2010, Gonzalez invited a 17-year-old girl to his house at 8854 South Grandview Drive in Tempe to pose for photographs she could use in a portfolio.

During the shoot, Gonzalez tried to pull the girl's skirt down and asked her take some nude photos. The girl declined, but that didn't stop "Gonzo."

Despite the girl shooting down his advances, Gonzalez pulled her onto his lap and tried to untie the bikini top she was wearing. She again told him she wasn't interested in nude photos, which Gonzalez must have interpreted as "I want to touch your penis" because that's what happened next.

After getting shot down twice by the girl, Gonzalez, court docs state, "forced the girl's hand onto his erect penis."

The girl again told him she wasn't interested in anything sexual. Gonzalez responded by taking the girl to his computer and showing her photos of him having sex with a girl the victim knew to be under 19. In fact, it turns out the girl in the photos having sex with Gonzalez was only 16 at the time.

Gonzalez copped to it all. He admitted to knowing the girls were underage, and told police he uses social media websites to recruit girls to appear on Backroom Casting Couch.

Another victim of Gonzalez and Whitaker's is Elizabeth Hawkenson, who during a September interview with New Times said Gonzalez was the reason she ended up on Whitaker's couch.

She said she agreed to do some modeling so she could pay for school at Arizona State University, and the two hounded her about how much more money she could make if she made a "reality" porn film with Whitaker.

After constant harassment, Hawkenson made an idiotic decision: she agreed -- on the condition that the video would only appear on the part of the website people had to pay to see, with the assumption that not too many people would ever see it.

Whitaker, however, submitted the video of him having sex with Hawkenson to free, highly trafficked porn sites, and that's how the 18-year-old girl became a "star."

A highly publicized rumor was started (likely by Whitaker to drive traffic to his site) that the video caused Hawkenson to lose her scholarship to ASU, which, we discovered, was false.

The humiliation, she says, was so embarrassing that she dropped out of school after only a few weeks and left Arizona for good. Her video, however, lives on at the Backroom Casting Couch website.

Gonzalez has been charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts of furnishing obscene materials to a minor, two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, and one count of sexual abuse. Gonzalez's arrest report indicates that additional charges are pending.

"Gonzo's" currently in a Maricopa County Jail. Whitaker remains a free man -- for now.
