I had the iphone 2g, 3g, 3gs and 4 I didnt switch to 4s because I think android and now windows phones have more to offer.

I just bought the nexus one ( the first nexus ) and I'm simply amazed by android.

I'm I the only one to think this ?

Apple didnt bring anything new since the first iphone, I admit that the ios is smooth and phone looks good, but that's about it.

Here some vids of what android has to offer that ios doesn't.








Dont get me wrong but apple has to step it up for the next one, I hear more and more people saying the iphone is getting boring !

I would like to hear what you guys think, is the iphone getting boring or not ?

I wanted to try android first, I didnt want to pay 450$ and find out I dont like android.
 
If the next Iphone has the same/similar upgrades as the new Ipad, I'm switching to BB or Android. Over promise/hype under deliver. A recipe for failure.
 
The problem is not the iPhone but the OS itself.

Apple needs a serious iOS upgrade, and soon. Not some more of that siri shit. The need to completely redesign it's graphical interface, and add some of that "apple" magic touch they used to put in their products before Steve Jobs' demise.

This, iphone 4s was shit, why would you even pay for a new iphone only to have a dumb siri that googles things for you and to lunch apps 2 seconds faster ? Samsung or blackberry has never brought a nexus 2s or a bold 1s, they change the style of the phone with each model the dont only upgrade whats inside.

Ios is a pos imo, cant do anything on it, looks the same since the ipod touch was brought up, same icons, same layout, same everything, update somthing. New icons without needing to jailbreak, bring something new for once.

According to stocks rim was high on day, and the day after it went horribly wrong.

Its a matter of time, I think apple will eventually return where it was once, almost bankrupt.

That's not true, given the amount of hippies which is growing daily. Also consider the fact that most of the hippies are not bright enough to use a non-apple product.

Yes, sheeps will jump on the iphone 5 even if it's an iphone 4ss, you can't help it, but I heard Iphone hipsters are getting mad too at the fact that the iphone is boring.

Like me I had all the iphones till the 4s came up and got really mad at apple, switched to bb but not my cup of tea, spent 500$ on the bb 9900 and now not doing the same mistake, i got the nexus one to test android and I'm amazed.
 
When I had my Nexus, it was already outperforming the iPhone 4s on every level except for maybe camera. Eventhough the iPhone had a better CPU, I could run more shit and do a lot more multitasking. And that was back in the time of just Nexus... Now I'm with SGS2... and iPhone? Not even in the same timezone... lol

I never had any Apple' products beside the 2nd gen Ipod nano back when I was looking for a Mp3. Iphone IMO suits for people that don't really have time to customize their phone. I'm using the Galaxy S2 right now flashed with CM9 on 4.0.4, it's simply getting better. To give an answer, an Iphone has always been boring to me, only good thing I would give to it would but its smoothness, that's about it.
 
waiting for time to pass so I can switch to droid from icrap. so sick of this phone and it's random stupidity like reloading a page when I try scrolling, lag and jumping around when I try moving something while zoomed in (titts don't center on their own damn it).
