Wrong, he'll get money from the SAAQ for the rest of his life after destroying a car.

Just goes to show what kind of person you are, thinking a monthly check is remotely as important as your legs.

It's in no ones interest to hit a pedestrian/cyclist/other with a vehicle for that matter is a criminal liability. It's also called assault with intention to harm. After watching the two videos (one from the apartment and one from the idiots that were wrecking the cab), my guess is that the cabbie will have a hard time proving that he really felt threaten. Like Kacey said before, the driver had a choice to get out of this zone and get back into traffic. Personally, I would of parked my cab and taken out a bat. But that is me.

Also, I do not feel a bit sorry for the asshole who got ran over, he provoked and got the other guy to react. Next time, I hope that he thinks about it twice.
