For consistency also put (distance claimed, location insured and deductible)
For example 22 year old guy #1 insures a 600RR and pays 300$/year for coverage "X". This includes 5000km with a 1000$ deductible and he lives in the middle of nowhere. Guy #2 ( same age + driving record) has coverage "X" on the same bike but he lives in MTL North, does 20,000km/year and has a 100$ deductible. He pays 1000$/year
Can you really say guy #2 is getting screwed?
Also don't forget, it's not linear to zero. Given the same person, the civil liability will be more or less the same no matter what the bike.
