I want rep back.

Thanks is fine, its essentially the same as rep, if only it worked properly we lost 80% of it and there's 2 buttons to give it and one doesn't even register
 
I would elliminate one of the 2 thanking options and simply add a "like" button. I thank people when I find their posts helpsful...I don't like saying thanks if I only find their comment funny or wtv.
 
Could be a thanks for making me laugh kinda thing lol, I think whatever system it is rep, thanks, like, it should be one
 
the one with the thumb, although even the smiley face one doesn't seem to add to the counter even though you receive a notification about it, the system is obviously fucked
