Sur l'image de gauche il y a un protège matelas que Magnotta a enlevé sur l'image de droite, surement pour faire disparaitre le plus possible les trace de sang. Mais les traces de sang ont tout de même taché un peu le matelas.

He got everyone's attention by sending body parts to political parties, putting up murder videos online has been plenty of times. It's not that we don't respect the victim, it just gives us people who can stomach the video a bold reminder of what your every day human is capable of.

Le Figaro said Magnotta arrived at Roissy airport on May 26 and was later identified on surveillance cameras.

Magnotta was apparently put up one night by a man who later contacted authorities after realizing who his guest had been.

One published report said Magnotta was spotted in a bar and in a hotel where he spent two nights.

Le Parisien quoted the manager of a bar who said Magnotta ordered a soft drink last Wednesday and appeared “very nervous.”

The bar manager said the fugitive left with a man who had an “impressive physique.”

Police believe Magnotta fled to France on May 26.

I have a question. Whenever anyone travels by plane, the passports are scanned into a database. How does the police achieve NOT BEING SURE of his exact travel whereabouts.

I don't mean that the police should know EXACTLY where he is. But since the passports are scanned, can't they just look at the database and say: "look, that maniac traveled to France on May 26!"

J'imagine qu'il voyage avec une fausse identité et le passeport qui va avec. Là il a brulé une identifé pour prendre l'avion...il va devoir en brûler une toutes les fois qu'il voyage en avion. Malheureusement en europe tu peux changer de pays sans traverser de douanes par voie terrestre.

Luka Magnotta, dit "le dépeceur de Montréal", a été arrêté à Berlin, selon le Bild qui cite une source policière. Les forces de l'ordre auraient mis la main sur lui dans un cyber-café, rapporte le journal allemand. L'homme de 29 ans, soupçonné d'avoir tué puis dépecé un homme et d'avoir diffusé la vidéo de son crime sur Internet, faisait l'objet d'un mandat d'arrêt international depuis la semaine dernière.

La police française avait repéré ce week-end sa trace à Paris. Des enquêteurs, alertés par un témoin, se sont rendus samedi dans un hôtel du quartier des Batignolles. Le suspect avait quitté sa chambre dans laquelle ils ont retrouvé des affaires, dont des revues pornographiques et des sacs vomitoires, de la compagnie aérienne empruntée par le suspect entre le Canada et la France.

Ce matin, BFMTV rapportait que l'ennemi public numéro 1 avait été repéré à la gare routière internationale de Bagnolet. Les enquêteurs ont donc interrogé des employés d'Eurolines, une compagnie d'autocars qui dessert des centaines de destinations, en France et partout en Europe. D'après cet employé de la compagnie, "une personne d'Eurolines aurait vu partir (le suspect) vendredi soir vers Berlin. Une autre personne dit avoir vu quelqu'un qui lui ressemblait beaucoup embarquer pour la Roumanie".
