Damn apple changed the regular sim to micro sim. another method to get more money from consumers?
anyways screw them and I took my regular FIDO sim and DIYed it.
there is a risk you will screw up your sim and need to buy another one.

People have been doing this in Europe for at least 2 years. Hell when I was in NYC last summer, the guy just sliced it up in front of me in an AT&T store.

Walk into apple store, ask for micro-sim, receive it for free, port the number on to new sim, stfu.
total cost: nothing besides a few minutes.
