e46 m3 DEAL too good to be true???

wow seems everyone has a different opinion then I did...

but yeah the color its actually paint and not wrap.

Whats all the hate about the SMG though? is it really that bad?

and also I always see other M3s for like 22-28k and they have 100kms. ARE THEY OVERPICED ??

The ad actually says the car has 16,500 kms.

So either the ad is fraudulent at 16,500 km, or a bad deal at 165,000 km. Plus it looks like someone's long term project car, and you know how that usually goes.

If the car was not FULLY maintained, you'll surely be looking at a lot of bushings, guibo, mounts, fluids, filters, etc to be replaced as well as a VANOS bolt change and other maintenance.

Probably a good $6k of stuff (with labour) to do at least, assuming the engine's in good shape.

thanks for the input guys!

Yeah I agree that if you spend 22 or like 24 you will get a nice and clean one! but still I personally think its a lot of money for a 10yr old car.

but after doing some research I do agree that the original car above is not a great deal... plus I contacted the seller and he mentioned a couple of flaws that explain the price.
