Post a Before/After pic

it is definetly possible.

Check the movie ''I wanna look like that guy''

i watched that video a while ago and saw the specific of the diet. That guy didn't gain much muscles he just cut out all the fat he had. Towards the end of the program that guy was eating way more supplements then actual food.

there's ways to get lean like that without loosing the muscles you gained while bulking .

bought a chin up bar today for the house. Really need to work on my lats, so my goal will be to get up to 100 bodyweight widegrip pullups in 6 minutes. I'll start with that and then try to get down to 5 and then 4

try pull up, pull down, straight arm pull down & back fly is good for lats!

I'll post some before pics in a while.

Alright so i'll jump in here, started 2 months ago. I wasn't really fat maybe a little overweight but my body composition was way off I guess.

Height: 5'9"
Starting weight: 170lbs.

Don't have a picture

Now 2 months of training religiously 3 days a week:

Weight: 161 lbs.

Gained muscle mass as well beginner gains lol

will post pic

I started by trying things and have only really got into the nutritional aspect more seriously in the past month and really got my training on spot through trial and error lol was concentrating also on getting proper form with low weight to not injure myself again. Im staring to up my weight and intensity now that I have my form down pat. Expect to see better progress from this point on.

sorry but your legs dont triple in size in 3 months

Although legs tend to grow faster I'm with you with this. Plus, this Anthony Ellis is visibly an ecto, you just can't naturally gain 30 lbs of lean muscle in 3 months being an ecto. An ecto can't even gain 30 lbs of fat in 3 months! The only way he could gain more than 15 lbs of muscle is to dedicate his complete days into eating, training, and sleeping.

You look heavier than 170lbs, for a 5'9''+. I'm surprised. Do you train your lower body?

^^Yes, been training legs ever since I started. BF% is very low right now. Been on a consistent 3000-3200 calorie daily diet and although I've been seeing great results, I am fighting REALLY hard not to lose weight these days. Not sure why.

Daily Diet:

1.75 cups of brown/black rice (uncooked)
.7 cups of brown rice flour (uncooked)
400-500g of chicken/fish
1 cup of lentils (uncooked)
2 cups of broccoli
.75 cup - 1 cup of spinach
3 tbsp of Coconut oil
quarter of a cup of pumpkin seeds

Been on this for the past 8 months

And you wonder why you're losing weight? That looks more like a single meal to me than a daily diet lol. You guys are fucking insane.

I'm at work now but I really need to double check on those numbers, they seems too high.

just for chicken I get:

Chicken Breast Fillets, Skinless

Calories in 100g of breast fillet:

Calories 116.0kcal

You took the raw amount (110 kcal / 100g), I took roasted: (165 kcal / 100g). Not sure which one he specified, but roasted is definitely a lot more dense since it has a lot less water.

Here's what I got for raw:

I use to weigh 146lbs at 5.10. I'm 198lbs today. I've been lifting for 7 years now. Nothing crazy, just to keep in shape for Martial arts and at the time hockey.

I eat about 6 eggs a day, no protein supplements, I do take the following though:

Beyond Tangy Tangerine Vitamin Sup.
Rebound Vitamin Sup.
Pollen Burst Vitamin Sup.
All made by Youngevity.

This is me last week in Virginia.

When I was about 20, I read a bunch of books. One of them was a memoir Arnold had written. I change my workout, added sets for my arms, bi/tri everytime I went to the gym ( 12 reps, 5 sets).

Then I moved on to 12 reps, 5sets for all my exercises, It helped my endurance and increased my peaks. For a long time my arms were too big for my body, but with time it all evened out. My legs were always too big because of Martial arts and hockey, but this year is the first time I feel really balanced.

i ordered insanity workout on monday, i should receive it tomorrow and ill start the 60 day program on friday.

i'm a bit stressed that its gonna be too hard for me to finish up each workout. im in decent shape but i've never really trained cardio i dont want to gas after 5 mins. we'll see, wish me luck I'll post before and after pics in 60 days!

I'm interested to see how that works. I've been wanting to do it. My plan is to lose maybe 10-15lbs more, then start going back to the gym

Just do the exercises until you can't anymore, switch exercises when the instructor does, soon enough you'll be able to finish them.
