Which one would you pick and why?

For me it would be a tie between is250 and C250. The new TSX is damn ugly and fwd, 3 series too common and A4 still not really reliable.

Edit: can mods add a poll for me? thanks

c250 hands down. 0.9% finance right now and compare the prices you get way more for your money in the benz
close 2nd would be IS if the price/finance options were better

On price alone the MB, they are practically giving them away to win market share but it ain't no 3 series. The A4 is nice but boring. The TSX is an Accord. No comment on the IS250.

You say A4 not reliable and opt for the Benz instead?

If you are looking at reliability ONLY then go for a TSX or an IS250 which will both be reliable, nice interiors, decent options in the TSX.

A base 3 series is a Civic with two extra cylinders in my books.

An A4 is reliable if maintained properly. And IMO the most for your money out of your choices because if chipped it becomes the most powerful and still the most economical, has Quattro and by FAR the nicest interior.

IS250 is only worth it with AWD, otherwise I'd go for the 350...

2013 Volvo S60 T5 is now available with AWD.....by far the best seats in the industry, care-free maintenance program and the more powerful of the base engines as compared to the opposition.

The BMW would be your most agressive and sporty choice. It all depends on what you want or need. The Benz has become mainstream and diluted, while the Lexus is at the end of it`s life cycle, not to mention the rather boring interior.

Volvo has 0.9% financing and care-free maintenance program, plus 5yr/80000km warranty. The base model comes with the T5, 250hp and 266pd/ft of torque. 0-60 in about 7 flat.

Any other questions, PM me.

Yea but how much does the volvo cost?

Thew new 3-series is the most modern car of the bunch but it will be probably a little more expensive. The base A4 is FWD, I wouldn't even put it in this category. The Quattro is the only one to consider but it's considerably more expensive.

The C-Class is nice as well, especially with the new Turbo engine. With the decent lease deals they have, it's a pretty good value for the money.

The IS is at the end of the life cycle. It is the cheapest and you can probably get a good deal on one since they are probably preparing for the new generation to hit showrooms. Still a very solid offering, great car overall, well balanced and if the price is good, it's a very good buy.

The TSX is a FWD Euro Accord. It's not bad but I'd compare it more to near-premium mid-size cars like the Buick Regal (which is a FWD Euro Opel Insignia). A FWD A4 and FWD Volvo could be thrown in the mix also but they have a little more prestige and the Volvo is a lot more powerful since we get only from the T5 up now.

You also have the G25, the CTS and the MKZ that are pretty interesting choices. The CTS is getting close to the end of the life cycle and should have great deals, same for the MKZ + 1000$ off if Costco member.

Remember that the 2012 C250 4 matic still has the shitty V6. Only the C250 RWD has the turbo 4.

I vote for the Benz. It still has a sporty feel, and is by far the best looking and most comfortable.

the recent facelift indeed made the c250 look good. the rwd turbo 4 comes with manual 6 speed right?

You always vote Benz.

Why don't you include the G25? Anyways, I'd take the bimmer, for no good reason.

edit: apparently they removed 20hp for 2012 on the base model, that sucks :(

Always Benz or Audi....never BMW since they are lame.

Not because your GF works for them and you get them for cheap that they are good. Go drive a new 3 Series and you'll have a different opinion.

Benzs are the biggest peices of shit on the market right now. Underpowered with a cheap ass interior. Good looking, yeah, but cheap as fuck. So much for beeing a higher end brand.

And that's without talking about reliability. You keep you cars not even a year... Two co-works had Benzes; C300 4-Matic 2009 and R350 2009. Biggest peices of shit ever.......

To OP; A4 if you want 4wd or 3 Series if you want a good RWD with a sporty feeling.
