SSW : South Shore Wednesdays... (Ste-Catherine)

Bad news for us guys!!
meet has been shut down by the police Roussillon.
The police called Francis today to tell him the meet was shut down because of all the ti-coune. Everybody who leaves the meet by reving, doing burns or takes the street for a drag strip, its because of you we have no more meet. All the organizer are doing the best they can to control the meet, we are all benevole, but if everybody do what they want, its impossible for us to keep the calm. I feel sorry this had to happen, but the Candiac' citizen were fed up of all the noise from the idiots doing burns....

So for now there is no more meet. Please DO NOT show up next wednesday at the Boston Pizza.
We will keep you posted for the new location of the meet. We are doing the best we can to have a new parking lot for wednesday i hope you understand the situation. If somebody know a place near candiac/brossard/lapriaire (or around this area) that can have a lot of car, please contact me by PM.
I hope you will respect that new spot. We will ask all of you guys to tell anybody you see who is acting stupidly to get out of the meet. We'll need the help of everybody.

So by the time we find a new spot, there wont be anything organised.

Sérieusement, je serais pret à leur demander personellement. C'est une petite drive from Candiac mais hey, I drove down to Candiac for the Wednesday meet so I'm sure it's not a problem.

P.S. Sucks for the ti-counes though. It's really too bad le monde has to show off their lack of self control. I mean, I do understand to a certain extent; most car people enjoy some amount of revving, and speed. I know I do. You just have to know where, and where not to perform. I just thought it was common knowledge that these places are one of those "not" places. Then again, you do have those "I don't care about cops, they can kiss my anus" kinda of guys, who seem to do this for the attention and seeing police lights gives them an adrenaline rush. Those are the people we need to keep out.

Also, maybe at the next location, we could have a sign, either at the entrance, or in the middle of the lot with some basic rules, and why we have these rules. I'm sure NOBODY wants these things cancelled. Sometimes, you just need to have it in writing for those who aren't trop trop vite.

Pas une mauvaise chose, C'était pas mal un meet de riz, de chars stocks affreux, et d'idiots à casquette.

WOW!! Si t'étais pas content t'avais juste a pas venir. Le but c'est pas de faire un meet de char super performant ou stanced. C'est d'avoir pleins de monde qui aiment les chars et qui peuvent parler entre eux. Il y a plusieurs beaux chars moi j'trouve et si t'es trop cool, reste chez vous.
 
if you dont want trouble and complaints have the meet at napi. of course it wouldn't be wednesdays anymore but oh well. unlimited parking. ppl that want to go will pay the little $8 dollars to get in. and ticounes can rev that shit dans panne all night long and do burn outs and races with no worries. meets in parking lots will just never work. ever. at all. just not going to happen.
 
ces justement a cause d'un corvette que je doit changer mon meet de place alors t'en mieux si tu ne remet plus jamais les pied dans un de mes évênement !
