I highly doubt she learned anything from this... :2guns:
Strong this. So many people like this in this world, it's disgusting.
Still, it's good to see that these things don't go unnoticed by the authorities.

I don't see how it's entrapment. It would be the same thing as calling in a drunk driver.
It's entrapment because the bus wasn't serving its usual purpose.
The bus is supposed to board the kids and get on its way. In the video, the bus didn't appear to be boarding kids, it was sitting there with the lights on, specifically waiting for her to drive by. That, is entrapment.
I'm in no way defending her, but who knows, maybe there's a back story to this, maybe the driver is a douche and busts this crazy lady's balls every morning by making her way a couple of minutes each time, and it escalated to the point that she's willing to drive over a sidewalk... It doesn't justify what she did, but if it's true she might have a case.

Meh, don't forget this happened in the USA. If she sees this video, she can go to court, argue that this was entrapment, and she'll be off the hook for everything.
Hopefully she's not smart enough to do that, she deserve to get her license revoked for that.

pretty sure for entrapment the police needs to suggest or ask the person to break the law for entrapment to stick. In this case even if the bus was not picking people up nobody asked her to pass on the sidewalk_lol, she did it all on her own. if dateline is not entrapment this is not entrapment
In criminal law, entrapment is conduct by a law enforcement agent inducing a person to commit an offense that the person would otherwise have been unlikely to commit.
The luring, by a police officer, of a person into committing a crime so that he may be prosecuted for it.
