Pour vous mettre en situation, j'ai mis mon auto en vente sur le fameux Kijiji.
J'ai reçu un message texte le soir même avec l'indicatif régional du 518 (NY): hello is your Car still up for sale? mail me ....
Je lui réponds que oui il est encore a vendre et voici ce qu'il m'envoie en réponse : Thanks for your mail..... I will need to confirm the full asking price.. I would have loved to come and view it personally and pay cash but, due to nature of my job i will not be able to come for inspection,am a very busy type as i work long hours everyday,i have gone through your advertisement and i am satisfied with it.
As for the payment..i will be paying you via the fastest and secure way to pay online(PayPal).
I have a private courier agent that will come for the pick up after the payment have been made ... So no shipping included... My private courier agent will come for the pick up and sign all necessary documents on my behalf after the payment have been made, as they will also be coming with all the information needed, my details and transferring the name of ownership to me will be done by the pick up agent so you don't have to worry about that...
You can now send me your PayPal email so I can pay in right away and also include your address in your reply.If you don't have a paypal account, you can easily set up one...log on to www.paypal.com and sign up. its very easy.I await your reply asap."
NB.. pls get the ad off the internet or mark it as sold as i am really keen about the purchase.

I insisted on PayPal because i don't have access to my bank account online as i don't have internet banking, but i can pay from my PayPal account, as i have my bank a/c attached to it... You can get the setup registration www.paypal.com.ca email me your PayPal email account.. for example my own PayPal email account is **** You email me yours asap.. Thanks !!
Don't worry about the pick up,my shipping agent will be coming to pick it up as soon the money had been credited into your account . I'll like you to send me your address so that my shipping agent can figure it out and come for the pick up and other necessary things....more so,send me your PayPal details(PayPal email) so i can pay in.

I need to inform you about a slight change with the pick up arrangements received an email from my pick agent he said he won't come for the pick up unless i pay him the agent commission fee first in order to be able to schedule a pick up time and date, the Courier Agency Head Quarters is in China and all commission payment made for pick up from anywhere in the world is sent to their Head Quarters and the only form of payment they accept is Western Union Money Transfer.
I will now include the $950.00 CAD they charged to pick it up and take it home (1st Class Cargo) to the payments i will send through PayPal..And PayPal will be informed about this process as well
After receiving the confirmation email from PayPal after i have made the payments to you and received the whole money, I will need you to send the $950.00 CAD to my pick up agent address via Western Union Money Transfer and will include an additional fee of $100 as western union charges when sending money.. the total amount that will be transferred was the deposit of $3,800+950+100 the total amount is $4,850.
The western union money transfer can be made at any post office or any western union outlet around you. I will be making the payments of $4,850.00 CAD to you shortly and will email you as soon as am done.

Ma question est, vous ne trouvez pas sa louche qu'il sois si intense que sa, quasiment trop insistant? et qui est-ce qu'il serait pret a donne pratiquement 5000$ pour un voiture que tu n'as pas vue en vrai et qui faut tu paye un chinois qui vient chercher l'auto 1000$?
Et pour terminer j'aimerais savoir si j'ai quelque chose a savoir sur Paypal en tant que vendeur? toujours utilisé cela en tant qu'acheteur.
