SAAQ inspection on a modified car?

As long as it is not super noisy, you won't have any problem with no cat. Pollution systems are of federal jurisdiction.
 
I've never been through it but I hear its pretty easy at some places to pass inspections, but come next year or whenever those new laws are coming into effect it will be a different story, part of the reason I sold my modded car for a stock car that's fast
 
this is excellent news. Anyone know a cheap muffler shop. Im not worried about quality now, just need to replace the rusty exhaust line for inspection?
