All sport pack autos come with paddle shifters...you have the inflatable side bolsters on the seats? (Rocker switch on the outer front corner of the seats) throwing a drop kit and some wheels doesn't make it oem sports pack. anyways car looks clean none the less. Glws
 
Show me pics of your interior and I'll be the judge of sport package or not

or better yet...I'll show you a picture of my interior and if its got the same seats, then we've reached a conclusion

Yes has same seats as yours , also paddle shift only came on the 328i sport pack in 2008
