fd3s for winter, srs

Iam talking about driving fun on my own experience , not about awd capability in the snow.

having some fun before the trade

OP, all I can say is do whatever you like this winter. If you're content driving a RWD car, go right ahead. I drive a V8 Mustang GT and I run 225/50/17 for winters non-studded, Bridgestone Blizzak. Car stops great and gets traction even in deep snow. Montreal is lacking snow right now, I've been up north with it a bunch of times and it is great. If it is your first winter with a RWD car, go have some fun in an empty parking lot to get a feel for the car. I just went from AWD to RWD, to be honest, it's simple and fun. Just be careful and aware is all. Enjoy!

Studded tires + mecaglisse

very difficult to have control over it during the winter spcially when it is RWD!

Not necessarily true. As long as you have reasonably good throttle control you can drive and even drift reasonably well in a RWD in snow. Ice may be another story but from what I've experienced RWD + snow is OK.

As long as during a drift Snake doesn't floor the shit out of his car and ... ah nvm he's a goner.

You annoy me tremendously Stef, you may now die in peace with an incredible sense of accomplishment.
