The future of tire design.

We've been using rubber tires for like what , not even 200 years? Impossible we ditch it so early. Wooden wheels has been there for centuries and so will rubber tires!
 
I don't know about you guys, but the last place I want moving parts on my car is the wheels/tires.

Dans les quatre concepts, celui qui a le plus de chance de se concrétiser est celui avec le centre qui "shrink" , pour réduire la friction, donc la consommation.

C'est le concept qui rejoint le plus la masse, et qui semble être le plus logique.

Completely useless. Nothing more than a nice video to have the name Hankook plastered all over the internet. Could you imagine the production costs on these? Not happening.
 
^ you're missing the point. It's avant-garde thinking and innovation. We may not have the technology now but in the future it may be very possible.
That's how technology advances.. 100s of years ago men dreamed of flying and Davinci drew a little apparatus and back then people probably thought he was nuts. Well we got airplanes now.
30 years ago we were dreaming of talking to someone while actually seeing them through a monitor.. well we have iphones that do that now.

It's pushing ideas as such that will help us progress
