They once left a 200$ camera on my front porch while i was away on vacation.

That's just the easy way to justify something going wrong, the essential part of the job of a mailman is to deliver mail to the right address, He did not do his job correctly.
I have multiple neighbors since I live in an apartment, I will go check with them tomorrow, but obviously if they kept it, they most likely won't tell me, oh yes I have your watch here take it !

Pretty sure the guy who shipped it sent it Xpresspost without signature
ups left my 300$ video card at my neighbours door two days ago even tho i was home, everytime i deal with ups there always seems to be an issue.
I dont remember having problems with CP, and i ship/recieve things from ebay almost on weekly/daily basis sometimes.
Never had an issue with puro.
Next time op, when you order something 'sick', make sure that the sender insures it, and fyi, no matter what any small/large package sent in Canada has 100$ insurance included in the price, and its like 2$ more for every 100$ bracket i think.
