no time to work out? unless you train at 6am.. ?

8am : oatmeal+eggs or peanut butter toast+ eggs

9am : smoked salmon sandwich

11am: brown rice or pasta or sweet potatoes + Chicken or tuna or Ground Bison or fish

1pm: cottage cheese+ fruits

3pm: home made milkshake(milk+egg whites+fruits)

5Pm:chicken/tuna/fish/beef/wtv meat + veggies

7pm: chicken/tuna/fish/beef/wtv meat + veggies

10pm: cottage cheese
 
Solid diet brah.

If only i had discipline for a diet like that. I would be making ALL KINDSSSS OF GAINEZZZZZZZZZZ

This. People are always inclined to point to genetics, which in most cases, play a big role in body development but a great deal of improvement and results comes from within along with great discipline.
 
i would say genetics play a huge role. for example my friend keeps eating crap, never tracked his calories or macros, eat junk food, drinks and smokes weed yet he's probably the most cut guy i know, similar physique to DoMo. i do most of the things i need to have solid gains but i have hardly to show for it.

4) 2 Plates X 4-5

@ 140 pounds and 5'9

je suis pas loin d'avoir ta shape, mais bcp moins decoupé. J'ai toujours fais des training de bulks, mais jamais de cut.

J'ai quand meme une bonne masse mais je suis pas une "armoire glace"

5,11 pieds, 175-180 lb et 25ans.

ce qui me fait le plus chier, c'est d'avoir de bons abdos mais j'ai toujours cette mini couche de graisse qui fait en sorte qu'ils sont jamais super définis.

Vraiment mon objectif pour 2013

j'ai commencé le fromage cottage en voyant ce que tu mangeais lol
caliss c degueux!!! j'ai mélangé avec yogout vanille et des mures et c'était bcp mieux après lol
