Can you share what you typically put in the milk shakes? The egg white stuff kind of freaks me out but then again I just think of whipped cream...

I've been going to Reebok Crossfit every day in the morning just to get in shape but I haven't really gotten serious about the whole diet thing. I skip the breakfast and head straight to class and usually I get back home and pull out whatever left over is in the fridge (homemade/fastfood)... I guess 2 steps forward 1 step back.

I'm going to try get into the habit of spreading out my food like you... sometimes I'll have 2 meals a day and maybe that latee midnight snack. If I thought being able to get out of bed and into the gym everyday in the AM was tough now trying to get in the diet is going to be another journey.

Your diet is a lot of protein, should someone with a moderate athletic build (myself) jump into a diet like that or do I need to build it up as I go along.

Thanks

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day IMO you shouldn't skip it! in my ''milkshake'' i put a cup of milk 2 egg whites and fruits. And i will say this one more time you can't outgym a bad diet.

Post-work out meal is the most important one IMO

^depending on your workout journey, I find quite logic to have an intake of carbs, sugar and proteins. I often finish my workout that it so intensive that I have to take something right after to stabilize my metabolism.

Even pre-workout meal are as important as the post one. A lot of people talk about that "one-hour post work out window" and I dont really stick to it honestly, but in my own experience and opinion, that where my body needs was at his peak. And speaking of gains it always helped me out.

Please explain why you think that the most important meal is in the morning? you work out in the evening or something?
Because it has been debate a lot with the old saying of everyones that were saying that everyone should have a big breakfast and everything cause it the most important of the day..

Ill try to find you article Ive readed about.

I was just curious about it, I think you know a lot about nutrition as I can see, would have been nice to have your advice. I dont know how you can be that hungry in the morning, guess it like you say everyone is different
