The plan is to never own a car again and live near a bus or metro for me. Nothing beats city living with a nice ducati for summer I can park in the living room.

Yeah they may be called whiskey stones (seriously dunno never saw that) but make yourself a favour, if you're going to have a GOOD whiskey, have it at room temperature. The colder a whiskey is, the less taste it has!

Unless I have 25+ kids I never got the point of these homes. So much waste of everything. From heating to materials I just cant find any pleasure in those places other than having a big garage to work on cars.

You get somebody to do all this shit. Ill cut my hand off if anybody that has a house this size does everything in it from cleaning to upkeeping.
I can only use my motorcycle 20% of the year, dosent stop me from getting one.
To be honest I prefer smaller houses when you have a family for the intimacy (otherwise everyone is always far away form eachother) but I totally get why people would love a house like that.
