That's worse than the Pokeman planes ANA has...

De mon bureau, j'ai une belle vue sur les tentatives d'approche des avions! C'est le festival des cross winds et des avions qui remontent à la dernière seconde!

It will be the "best" of the light jet market. It will def be the quickest in the segment. VLJ are cool because you can fly them without a co pilot

but then I start asking myself what else could I buy for 4.5 million and have a ton more cool factor? Something old but you can still get parts for, has 3 engines (2 outers are Rolls Royce Speys) Was once the mainstay of mainline aircraft...

Then there is this...

but the paperwork might be incomplete.

Gotta love the look of the MD-88's

The new AA look on their first 777-300ER. I liked it a lot IRL

Nice capture of the AA 77W :)

The saying goes when an A320 is retired the flight crew comes home on a Maddog.

quoi vous pensez de la HondaJet?
compared to embraer, cessna and beech etc, hondas numbers look pretty impressive

problem with VLJ (very light jets) is that they are almost completely useless, sure they are quick and nimble but they have tiny passenger and cargo loads and fuel range is almost inexistant, embraer 100s can fly like 2hrs, so add legal fuel reserve and distance to alternate airport, your looking at 1,15mins of actual cruise time. So if you have daily buisness meetings not far from your home and need to commute often, then it works out perfect. A great plane to do Montreal-Toronto or MTL-NYC. Not very practical to go cross country. Hell even going down to Florida can require two fuel stops... The more people or cargo you put on board, the more you reduce your range.. and on these planes, it really shows.

Oh and stay away from strong headwinds and icing clouds :run:

Greg, I know yo're not an A380 fan, but you should try it once. It is ridiculously quiet and pretty cosy :)

Old post but the A380 is very shitty on lowest deck towards the back. Much more than other aircrafts IMO.

Of course top deck front is not the same thing.
