Buying a 3500$ car at a used car dealer tomorrow..Should I expect a full tank of gas?

used car dealers will give you nothing, take your car and never look back. I've rarely gotten anything from a used car dealer and horrible after sales service if any at all

Nope. You're lucky if you make it to the nearest gas station.
 
When's the last time you heard of a 'good experience' from a used car dealer ? specially @ 3500$

When i was searching for my first car in MTL, I was going to used car dealership, i felt like i was getting STDs just talking to the salemen. Stay away from them at all cost, go buy a used car off kijiji, i'm sure you must know a friend that has a friend selling one. They are more likely to be more honest and you'll get a better deal.

If your driveway stays dry and the check engine lights don't come on within a month, you should be ecstatic.

Not me, when I put the cashdown, me and the salesman we went to the Costco and he paid me a full tank 91 ;)
