do you know if they have a set with 114.3 bolt spacing? and a deeper rear lip?

^they do have them in 5x114.3 but not in 4 bolts. As for the deeper rear lip, they're staggered so yes the rear is deeper.

dont know about the skyline but on my 300zx the offset is perfect lol. I think it would be pretty close on yours too.
