Highest rank in a local bank without degree?

Just by curiousity what is the highest rank or title you can be in a local branch bank without a degree? or what courses or designations you need to go get?
 
Pretty dam high... If you work around the core business and not in the "banking" part, i did see alot of project manager or PCO do well with no degree


Its all about ur gut and commitment

But diplomas helps you to unlock door without having done much

very true. However, he said local bank.

Can you really get so high at a local bank? Core business done at the local bank? Good news for those without degrees I guess.
 
Mon oncle était gérant d'une caisse populaire et sous toute réserve, je crois pas qu'il avais de diplôme universitaire.
 
Avec le temps, ya des gradués internes... Alors si tu y restes longtemps, il n'y a pas vraiment de limites.
 
branch manager or equivalent in my bank. Before you didn't need that much education but nowadays they're looking at diplomas
 
Ma mere est rentré dans une BMO avec un secondaire 3. Elle a suivit plusieurs formation a l'interne et elle est rendu directrice des comptes PME régionnal.

Comme plusieurs ont dit, si tu veux et que tu pousse tu peux aller tres loin contrairement a plusieurs entreprise qui sont a cheval sur les diplomes.
