importing car from ontario to qc ;inspection question

my front tints are 40% (40% of visibilty)
and my Traction control is always off(aint nobody got time fo dat)

the rest of the car is all in 10/10 Condition, all lights and everything works

will the car pass inspection or they'll make me fail it for those 2 stuff?

Alright and wheres the best place to get it inspected ? I got my 240sx inspected at st-henri and they made me fail for no washer fluid
