I bough a Jeep...

Hehe best beater i've owned.

Not that bad on gas. Selling it in may-june.

inb4 can't drive to X place because too far don't want to spend $109823 on gas, so stays at home

inb4 broke because gas

inb4 EV's first death wobble experience

Speaking of death wobble, i nearly shit my pants the first time... after that i was holding the stearing like a madman before going over railroad.

10MPG = 1 gallon ici = environ $6
10 miles = 16 kms

6$/16km = *shootme*

You start really planning your trips well when it costs that much to drive.

No pics EV?

Best thing about driving a Jeep is you don't give a fuck. You can go all summer without one wash and nobody will care. Rust and dents are just battle scars. Women still think you have a cool vehicle, even if it's not worth anything. Would give my left nut to have my Jeep back, before trans and diff went to shit.

2.5" Skyjacker lift
33x12.5 MTZ Bajas

I use 20l/100kms on the highway at 110, way more around town.

It's awful on gas but it's a great vehicle

I had an nearly identical Jeep for a week, down to the color, almost same wheels, tires and lift kit. I was considering a straight trade for my car at the time, so me and the Jeep owner swapped cars for a week to see if it was a good fit for both of us. I had a great time in that car, but once I got over the novelty of driving a lifted Jeep, I quickly realized that I drove on asphalt 100% of the time, and that the 20-25L per 100KM was a little too thirsty for a car that I would never use to it's full potential on a daily basis.

Cool factor is way up there though, you really do feel like a million bucks showing up anywhere in a lifted YJ, I really enjoyed showing up for dinner somewhere, in a suit, with a dirty YJ with mud tires. The day I have room to store a YJ, I'll definetaly be getting another!

Mine gets 20 mpg highway..only 1mpg worse then stock back in 97..Hypertech FTW.. Im selling it tho this year..had it for 5 years now..time for a change.

I've always wanted a jeep, maybe one day. But I cant see myself getting one without having a car as well

my GF's jeep JK (manual) gets 13L/100km, mixed highway / city driving, 18" oem wheels with oem tires.

Does really changing to fat tires adds +10L/100 to your gas mileage ..? -_-

Yes, also JKs are much more efficient than TJs
